WOMEN'S THERAPY
The heart of Salt Hill Counseling is to support women on their own healing journey. The impacts of trauma weave throughout our entire being preventing the healing necessary to become the women we really are. As we unweave the trauma together, in a safe space, you will discover the woman you desire to be.
COUPLES COUNSELING
Our couples therapy provides a deep understanding of the issues integrated into your relationship and how they are impacting you both individually and as a couple. Our unique intensive session approach provides couples, in our first session, the knowledge to create a path forward immediately.

Our stories hold our truth. Exploring who we desire to be takes bravery to look at where we have come from. The shift from victim to survivor is an equal balance between physical and emotional healing.
I have heard many stories which were too hard to tell and tied to great fear they would also be too hard to hear. Your story will be explored, heard, and held with the gentleness needed to bring safety to your present self.
